Frisella with salmon and bean sprouts

INGREDIENTS

  • Frisella
  • Soybeans
  • Smoked salmon
  • Avocado
  • Soy edamame
  • Oil
  • Lime

METHOD

Moisten the frisella with a little water. Slice the avocado and season it with the lime. Spread the avocado on the frisella. Arrange the salmon slices. Finish with the soy both as raw sprouts and as blanched edamame. Drizzle with oil.
