1.Cook the red rice in plenty of salted water
2.Wash and clean the vegetables and create a fairly thin julienne. Let stand in cold water while keeping the beet separate.
3.Create the sauce by emulsifying with a blender the thaina, lime juice, water and salt
4.Quickly pan-fry the vegetables in very hot oil and a pinch of salt.
5.Serve hot red rice stir-fried with a little evo oil, crispy vegetables, and top with tahina sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
