Tuna with anchovy bean sprouts

  • Soybeans
  • Anchovy fillets
  • Mixed flavors
  • Oil
  • Spring onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Tuna


Cut the tuna into cubes. Melt the anchovy in a pan. Add the sprouts, spring onion and finally the tomatoes. Blend everything. Season the tuna and let it rest for an hour in the fridge. Serve at room temperature.
